3. Account Registration

You retain ownership of your financial data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

7. Fees and Payment

7.1 Subscription Fees

Fees are based on your selected subscription plan
Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise specified
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

7.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon subscription activation
We accept credit cards and bank transfers
Failed payments may result in service suspension
Refunds are subject to our refund policy

7.3 Price Changes

We may modify prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

8. Free Trial

If you start with a free trial:

You receive full access for the trial period
No credit card is required to start
The trial automatically ends after the specified period
You must select a paid plan to continue using the Service

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

10. Data Processing and AI

10.1 AI-Generated Content

Our AI provides automated suggestions and entries. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated accounting entries before finalizing.

10.2 Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI processing may contain errors. Users must verify all outputs against source documents.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11.2 Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for tax filing errors resulting from user-provided data

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bunchee from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Inaccurate data you provide

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

Violation of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Suspected fraudulent activity
Legal requirements

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

You may export your data within 30 days
We may retain data as required by law
Unpaid fees remain due

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

14.2 Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand, in accordance with Thai Arbitration Institute rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bunchee.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
